I had a great time in Mexico. The weather was mostly hot and humid, but there were a couple of quick tropical storms too. The beach was magnificent! I never, ever get tired of the Mayan Riviera. EVER! I plan to go back in 8 months.

I have Mistrix from Indiana renting/visiting my dungeon tomorrow. She’s booked all day and I’m happy for her. It’s always a pleasure to have her here. So much to do before I fly to London on Wednesday. Nails, gym, unpack from Mexico, pack again, etc etc!! I am so looking forward to seeing my friends again though. It’s been a long time!

I’ll be shooting some ballbusting videos there on Thursday and Friday is pretty well booked for me. Saturday and Sunday are still open so if you’re a Londoner, those are the best days. I must admit, if I get Saturday free I’ll go to the London Dungeon! It’s Halloween season, afterall!

Packing my TRX so I can work out while I’m abroad. Fitness Anywhere, indeed. I most likely will not be attending the London Fetish Ball unless Morrigan plans to since I’m off to Paris the next day. Ah Paris…catacombs, here I come!

Getting things ready for my trips. I leave Monday for Tulum, Mexico and will be gone Sept. 20-25th. I will be back in Michigan to see clients the 26th, 27th, and 28th and then i am off again to:

Santiago De Compostela, Spain Oct. 6th-9th.

Oct. 10th I will be once again available for sessions in Michigan.

I am finally putting the wheels in motion to start a clips4sale page by popular demand. I will be sure to make an announcement once it’s ready.

The last few days I have been very busy with sessions and that always makes me happy. Last night I went out to dinner with one of my clients but the catch was he had to wear a steel chastity device under his clothes while we dined. With me dressed in sexy leather, I’m sure that made fir an uncomfortable meal!

I’ve had sessions today and have another one later this evening which is a good thing but I’ve been so tired lately! I’ve been working out and taking vitamins but I still feel a little bit run-down.

I added a new photo to my booking page that shows a different view of my medical room. All photos on that page are shot in my actual play space NOT a studio. This is important because I want to ensure that everyone knows I am well-equipped and that i take a lot of pride in my business and offer my clientele access to everything I have collected and invested into my space.

There is nothing quite as exciting as opening up a package of new items I’ve ordered for my dungeon. It sets the wheels in motion for how I plan to use them, especially with my favorite clients! I’m very flattered that I have so many regular return clients because clearly they are having as much fun with me as i am with them! I love building a rapport with people and creating a long-term relationship with my clientele because it makes it interesting to stretch their boundaries over time.

You know who you are and I thank you for the wonderful times we’ve enjoyed and look forward to many more!

Those closest to me have known for a while that I’m a fitness freak and that my favorite workouts are pilates and TRX Suspension Training.

So much so, that I’m certified to train people in Stott pilates matwork and reformer as well as TRX Suspension Training. Several of my BDSM clients also cross over and come in for honest to god, non-kinky personal training in my private gym. I have a Stott SPX reformer, lots of props (stability balls, weights, foam roller, flex bands, stability cushion, etc.) and two TRX units. I spent over a year on my courses and apprenticeship and I continue to take workshops to continue my education in it. I recently took a workshop in advanced matwork that was fantastic and am signed up for another in Injuries and Special Populations since I really want to be able to help those with special physical needs. Next year I plan to take cadillac, chair and barrels and add a chair to my gym.

So many times when I’ve had my clients in bondage I’ve noticed that they’re incredibly inflexible or have tight hamstrings and/or hip flexors. Pilates helps! So many men also overuse their traps and this leads to a lot of rotator cuff injuries, something that can be avoided by strengthening those underused muscles.

A lot of people wonder what I’m up to when I’m not in the dungeon and a lot of my time is spent at the gym (I also enjoy weight training and recumbent bike) or in my home gym working out or training clients. I’m sharing this with you all because I really see so many unfit people here in the Midwest and I’m on a mission to try and encourage people to live more active and healthy lifestyles. The longer you live, the longer I can torture you!

I’m still not 100% well, but at least I’m no longer contagious. I had a fun session earlier today and after that I spent the afternoon catching up on work that had been neglected while I was out of commission all weekend. My live-in slave Jennah has been camping with her family so it’s been me here making my own tea. :-/ She gets home tonight though, so I plan to put her to work!

There are a million remodeling projects i would love to get going around the house but I’d REALLY love to get my dungeon painted. My house is older and the the people who lived here before me were fond of wood paneling which is what’s down in the dungeon. I want it painted over ASAP.  More sessions tomorrow, misc. errands and hopefully by this weekend I’ll be all caught up.

Sunday I’m going to do another shoot with Joe Cardenas. Should be fun.

I’ve been totally wiped out since Saturday, stricken with a really bad flu that had me with a 101.3 degree temperature. I’m feeling much better now, on antibiotics and recovering watching “Drag Me To Hell” on HBO. I just bought a new phone. It’s a droid so it should help me handle my business affairs more efficiently!

I’ve done a lot of reading lately and here are a few articles that I really enjoyed  about one of my favorite authors, Christopher Hitchens, and his admirable stance to remain true to his atheistic beliefs in the face of his own mortality.

Another about Greg Gutfeld whose decided to open an Islam-friendly gay bar near Park 51 aptly called “Dialogue”, and finally one about how even though H.P. Lovecraft created his mythos from fabrications from his own imagination to make an anti-religious point, Cthuluism has now been used to form an actual religion, something it was intended to poke fun at in the first place. I love hanging out in gay bars. The people are friendly, I never get bothered by overbearing macho men, and I can get all dressed up and be appreciated for being fabulous. Friday night was my friend’s birthday and she was doing a drag show at a gay bar on Dort Hwy so I headed down there, but the music was just atrocious. Awful, hip-hop, r&b, just awful booty bar music not what I would expect from a gay bar as they usually have fun dance music and trance. I had to leave early because the music made me feel icky, as did all the bump and grind on the dance floor. I’d really like to find a fun local bar to hang out in periodically!

I’m thinking of getting myself a pit bull and a gun. Porsche Lynn was the first person to suggest I get a gun. I’ve been shooting before, and I think it’s finally time to have a gun. Legally, of course. I love pit bulls. They’re the sweetest, kindest, most wonderful and misunderstood breed of dogs and there’s one up for adoption that is so cute! They’re so much fun to run and cuddle with and spoil with love, plus I’d feel very protected by a muscular creature by my side.

I’ve been trying to sort through music all day to put on my ipod for my road trip to Traverse City, but it’s so time-consuming. I need a slave to do all tedious tech stuff for me. Mix tapes were so much easier!

I’m listening to Mike Patton’s Mondo Cane right now and I have to tell you, here is a shout out to Mike. If you read this, please marry me. I mean it. You are so clearly the man of my dreams for doing a cover of Ennio Morricone’s “Deep Down” from the soundtrack of Danger: Diabolik! Those of you who are unfamiliar with this musical genius with the most amazingly versatile voice that ever graced my divine ears might know him from such bands as Faith No More, Fantomas, Mr. Bungle, Dillinger Escape Plan etc. Those of you who don’t, should!  This particular CD is all covers of 1960s Italian film soundtracks which I adore. What a voice, what a man. Elegant and edgy all at the same time. Perfect.

Enough random thoughts for today. I need to hit replay and listen to this again. And again..and again…then start packing.

Back in MI for a few days, then next week I’m taking a mini-vacation to Traverse City to get in some sun before the summer ends! Sand dunes, beach, hiking trails. So much fun. I’ll only be gone the 17th and 18th, but it should be a lot of fun! Any tips on special stuff to see or good places to eat?

Those of you who have been following me for a while have been aware of the various tattoos I’ve been collecting on my body. One in particular was on my right arm and was of a Jerry Only-esque zombie. I was never pleased with it. it was crooked, muddy and everyone thought it was Michael Jackson from the Thriller video! Granted, I have always liked Thriller but it was most certainly NOT a tattoo of MJ.

Anyway, to try to detract from the hideousness of that tattoo I started to add another tattoo of a Mars Attacks alien shooting a pinup girl in the head, blowing her brains out with a ray gun.  That never really got finished. I procrastinated, procrastinated, and eventually found a tattoo artist in NYC to do the cover-up over the zombie and pull the other tattoos into one cohesive piece. The problem was, 2 sessions into the tattoo he decided to become a complete douche bag because i wouldn’t go on a date with him.

I never went back, more time went by but I finally went on to do the color and only one more session remains before it’s finished. I should have it done within 2 weeks.  I’ve gone ahead and posted photos of the work I had done last month, 3 sessions. Almost done! Enjoy.
